Search drawer
Shoppers open search from the header. As they type, results appear for products, and optionally collections and pages.
In the Search drawer section:
- Desktop search presentation: a seamless pop-up or a drawer.
- Heading, placeholder and submit label.
- Show collections and pages in results, result images, and the product type; how many of each result to show.
- The messages for loading, empty and no results.
Change the header's search icon or field in the Header section under Search style.
Search results page
The results page at /search has the same filters as collection pages, from Search & Discovery. In the Search section:
- Enable filtering and Filter position: sidebar on the left or right, a row above the results, or a drawer opened by a Filters button.
- Open filter groups, Values shown before Show more and Show product counts, as on collection pages.
- Enable sorting: the Sort by menu.
- Keep the toolbar in view on phones: see Collections and filters.
Filtering limits results to products. Product results use your product card settings.
